CHANGE IN THE PROCESSING OF PAYMENTS IN THE FIRST HALF OF AUGUST 2025

Dear Student,

Hereby I would like to inform you that due to the compulsory summer shutdown between 4 - 8 August 2025, the following changes will take place at the University of Pécs (referred to as UP) with regards to the order and processing time of incoming payments.

 

Please pay attention to the following when choosing your method of payment:

- from August 1 to 12, 2025, it will take longer than usual to record the amounts transferred to the UP bank account and the collective account in Neptun; the amounts transferred to the collective account between the above dates are expected to be available from 13 August 2025;

- for payments transcribed in Neptun, please give preference to the payment by credit card (Simple Pay) during this period;

- if you insist on fulfilling your payment obligation via bank transfer and wish to use the amount before August 12, 2025, then please ensure that the transfer is initiated no later than July 31, 2025;

- before making a cash deposit, please check the summer opening hours of UP Cash Desks and the conditions for making a cash deposit on the website of the Central Registrar’s Office: https://kti.pte.hu/en/opening-cash-desk

This is to inform you that from 13 August 2025, the registration of payments in the Neptun system will be the same as before.

Please note that from August 1 to August 12, 2025, the processing time for invoices requested for employers will also increase.
